In 1984 Carole became an Examiner for B.A.B.T.A.C. and travelled much of the world examining and giving lectures including cosmetic chemistry, massage and skincare to countries as far as Singapore, Australia, Oslo, Holland, Ireland and the rest of Europe and the UK. Carole developed her very unique method of massage for which she is now known, using rhythm and co-ordination pressure points for colour, texture and rejuvenation. The natural skin care she also developed was received into 70 countries based on a blend of essential oils, herbs and fresh royal jelly.

He carries out an extensive range of cosmetic and aesthetic procedures including wrnkle reduction injections, dermal fillers, Sculptra™, chemical facial peels, microsclerotherapy and laser lipolysis (SmartLipo™). His company Laser Care Services Limited specialises in providing assistance to clinics and salons with the process of registration with the Healthcare Commission under the Care Standards Act 2000.

Saib Norlazizi was part of the team that originally designed and built the first hair removal laser. He then went on to set up his own company designing and manufacturing medical laser systems and IPL systems.
His first IPL system - the Skin Soft was launched in 1998 and has been followed by several other systems including the Light Touch and more recently the Pulsar Intense Pulsed
Light system.
Still heavily involved in research and development and currently has patents pending relating to opto-electronics and laser applications in both medical and industrial fields. Presently Clinical Director and Co Owner of Excel Photonix Systems Limited based in South Wales, manufacturers of the acclaimed Pulsar Silk IPL and Pulsar PDT systems.
