I first dabbled with Walk Active last year when my dear friend Tracey McAlpine of Fighting Fifty shared her success with the program.  It really does work and if you’re like me, I register at a gym – go 2 or 3 times and then just pay the prescription, this really could be a great way for you to get fit and stay fit without breaking the bank.  No time restrictions or limits to where you can do it, just get on your trainers and go.  There is a technique to it but it’s easy to learn.

Here’s what one convert had to say:

“I am 48 years old and have 4 children. I have always exercised 3-4 times a week, either at the gym, at exercise classes or by running, but I often found that I never really changed shape – my legs felt quite bulky and my stomach and abs were never how I wanted them to be.

I did an 8 session Walkactive course with Joanna 3 months ago and absolutely loved the technique. I started to notice pretty quickly that my abs felt much flatter and my waist was trimmer. I continued to go on my Walkactive walks on my own during the holidays and I started to notice that my bottom lifted and my legs slimmed down too!

It has really surprised me as I have always exercised so frequently and this method really has had the biggest impact.
