Here’s a summary of the first week to get you going – let’s do it together and get fitter and healthier through July

Week 1     Choose Breakfasts and snacks from thelists

Monday

Lunch:       Toasted wholemeal pitta bread and hummus

Dinner:       Salmon and puy lentils combine with our super spinach salad* and salad dressing*

Tuesday

Dinner:       Stir fried vegetables with tofu cubes and prawns or chicken.

 Wednesday

Lunch:       Toasted wholemeal pitta and hummus, rocket and tomato salsa.

Dinner:       Tuna steak or quinoa and roast vegetables*

 Thursday

Lunch:       Chick Pea soup*

Dinner:       2 egg  omelette with rocket and spinach salad

 Friday

Lunch:       Salad Nicoise*

Dinner:       Lamb steak with sautéed red onions and boiled asparagus.

 Saturday

Lunch:       Roast carrot and garlic soup*

Dinner:       Thai prawns* with super spinach salad*

Sunday

Lunch:       Raw vegetable sticks with hummus and pitta bread or rice cakes.

Dinner:       Baked chicken with roast vegetables
