Here are some of the best snacks for health and flavour – let us know your favourites

Be Skinny Drink Me™ is the perfect drink to keep you topped up until your next meal.

Grilled pineapple, thick chunk of pineapple grilled.

Baked apple with cinnamon and a teaspoon of sultanas.

Roast butter beans with sea salt and black pepper

Oat cakes with smoked salmon

1″ cube of cheddar or slice of Emmantel or similar

2 oz of chicken, turkey or lean beef.

Carrots and 2 tablespoons of hummus.

Poached egg with grated cheese

Mackerel, tomato and red onion salad

Small helping of salad nicoise – see menus

Greek Tomatoes One large tomato chopped. Mix with 1-tablespoon feta and lemon juice.

Avocado mash – ½ mashed avocado with tomato, spring onion, lime and coriander.

1 tomato, half mozzarella ball and basil with black pepper and a drizzle of olive oil
