Our next tip is from Tracey McAlpine, founder of Fighting Fifty. Tracey says “In July 2010 I reached 50! A milestone birthday and immediately I found myself being referred to as middle aged. I didn’t feel it, and I certainly didn’t think that my life was over. On the contrary I thought it was just beginning, there was so much I wanted to do and achieve, yet all around me were negative messages. No one was telling me how I could grow older positively, while looking good and keeping fit and healthy. I’ve created Fighting Fifty to bring this information together in one place, and to build a community of likeminded women who are also challenging the outdated image of a woman over fifty”.

Tracey’s Tip:

1.Think Positive! My best anti ageing tip is to keep a positive outlook on life.  Adopting a can-do attitude will keep you looking and feeling younger, and remember to smile–everyone looks younger with a smile.

2.Exfoliate to remove dead skin and reveal younger fresher skin underneath.

3.Breath properly to ensure a good supply of oxygen.Try the yoga technique.
