My Tips:

1.Drink plenty of water to keep the skin hydrated and plump. If you can, try to drink at least a glass before getting up in the morning to encourage the toxins accumulated over night to leave the body.

2. Avoid processed foods. Eat a well balanced diet of fish, white meat,legumes,pluses,vegetables (make sure to choose leafy greens), and fruit.

3.Avoid sugar. Use natural alternatives, such as coconut, honey, agave,or stevia.

4. Have a good skin care routine in place. Be kind to your skin and it will repay you…Treat it badly and it will punish you.

5. Learn to like what you see. Negativity feeds our insecurities. Develop a positive mental attitude (P.M.A),and the years will just fall away, as nothing is more attractive than confidence in yourself and your abilities. Not only will you feel better you will look better no one will notice your age, as they will be truly captivated.
