Our next tip is from celebrity facialist Nuz Shugaa. With over 24 years experience in the industry, Nuz “is the go-to natural skincare consultant for celebrities such as Amanda Seyfried, Rachel Weisz and Kimberley Wyatt and can solve every skincare problem imaginable; from Acne and Rosacae to preventing jet-lagged, lack lustre skin”. Nuz is the “bespoke facial Queen and hence is the first port of call for her private clients, on photoshoots and film sets and for red carpet events such as film premieres, the MOB0s, BAFTAs and BRITs. All her facials and products are made by hand using natural ingredients specifically sourced and chosen from around the globe for their beneficial qualities for her client’s skincare woes.”
1. Protection is the key for daytime, make sure your moisturiser has an spf of at least 15 and if not mix it with a sun block. Use a serum to give a barrier against the elements and make up, it will help to protect and keep the skin young.
2. ‘Massage with an organic oil at night, massage will stimulate natural collagen and nourish the skin.’ (Note: Nuz makes her own oils but recommended Organic Rose Oil for you to use at home.)
3. Consume Collagen Shots. They are so easy to take and can be mixed with juice or water, I highly recommend them as they hydrate the skin all over the body and not just the face. Collagen Shots regenerate and make the skin younger by combining everything together.
