Our next tip is from Chris James, a sought after name on the international yoga circuit and regular contributor to a variety of Health and fitness pages in national newspapers and magazines. He has been practicing for 12 years and specialises in teaching Yoga and remedial yoga therapy across the world. Chris is certified as a teacher by the British Wheel of Yoga, and studied in Rishikesh, and at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram in Chennai, India.

Chris’s Tips:

1. Yoga
It’s well known that Yoga improves flexibility, agility and strength,
but it also helps improve the circulation muscles and tissues are
tightened which reduces the slackness of the skin.  Yoga is also a great stress reliever, and by reducing a stress levels, we’re in fact reducing our chances of developing a range of illnesses as we get older.  And as we know, stress also accelerates the ageing process. Try the following two postures to get a more toned and youthful appearance and a calming attitude towards life:

Inverted postures are believed to have amazing anti-ageing benefits as they help combat the forces of gravity and enrich a rich supply of
oxygen reaches the face and head.  Downward facing dog is a wonderful
inverted pose that’s ideal for beginners, and by practicing it you’ll
also improve your upper body strength and keep your spine healthy.
Alternatively you can try the head balance.

Upward Facing Dog-
Is a great posture for relieving stress, which is as we know is the
underlying cause of many diseases and also accelerates the ageing
process.  Like all back bends, this pose is great at getting blood
flowing to the heart, and as it helps stimulate the adrenal glands
you’ll feel more energetic after practicing a few rounds. And what’s
more, regular practice will give you a youthful looking bottom!

2. Mind and Body Cleanse™

I would certainly recommend The Mind and Body Cleanse™ for a more
youthful exuberance.  Clients have reported, sparkling eyes, weight
loss, refreshed mind, & energy levels are increased.  Click here for reviews…

3. Skin Saver Smoothie
Antioxidants in berries are known to help to fight wrinkles and other
skin ageing signs. Berries are also a great way to control blood sugar that can sabotage your complexion. Try blending the following:

3/4 c blueberries
3/4 c pitted cherries
5   strawberries
1/4 avocado, peeled and pitted
2 tsp wheat germ (optional)
2 tsp ground flax seed
Water, to thin
