Reflexology taps in to the reflex network of the pressure sensors in the feet and hands. Different pressure pads of the feet and hands correspond to areas of the body. The feet can be drawn out as charts. The left foot corresponds to the left side of the body and the right foot to the right side of the body. The insides of the feet represents the spine and the toes and fingers reflect the head and neck area.

A session typically lasts around 30 minutes.

Reflexology is a compliment to standard medical care and should not replace a medical consultation.
