Juicing a great way to start the day!!

I keep thinking the days are warm and sunny – what the mind believes and all that!  Not doing very well at the moment as there is a distinct lack of that something we call the sun!

Any how I decided it was time to make use of all those fabulous fruits that are so cheap in the shops and start to juice again.  Every morning is a delight as I choose which combination of fruits and sometimes vegetables to use.  Have to admit that the red and orange ones taste nicer to me than the green ones.

If you want a little inspiration to get you started out, here goes:

Carrot, apple and ginger root.

Orange and summer fruits.

Nectarine, raspberry and carrot.

Spinach, celery and cucumbr – may be you understand my preference for orange and red now!

Kiwi, grape and apple – a nice green one!

If you want something a little more filling you can always blend with a banana afterwards with a spoon full of creme frache.
