You can join a pregnancy yoga class from your 12 th week of pregnancy onwards.  You don’t need to have any previous experience of yoga.  By joining a class it is allowing you time to “be with” your baby, think about your pregnancy and prepare for labour and birth.  As your pregnancy progresses we practice positions and postures that will help you get baby in a good position for birth and prepare you emotionally and physically.
