So, let’s paint the picture…

There’s a week to go and you think you’ve left it too late, well, let’s see what we can achieve in 7 days…

Time to get Serious!

  • Cut out all junk food and eat light, that doesn’t mean starve but get rid of heavy carbs such as bread and potatoes. Go for fruit and yogurt for breakfast, salad with good quality protein at lunch and a tasty stir fry for dinner.  Snack on fruit and unsalted nuts, drink water and green tea. Your tummy will be flatter and you will have more energy.
  • If you don’t normally exercise, walk 20 minutes per day to feel more active and tone.
  • Body Brush every day to reduce toxins, improve circulation start at the soles of the feet and work upwards to help lymphatic drainage.
  • Book to get that waxing done so skin has time to calm down and you’re care free for your hols.
  • Have a body wrap or you can buy a home use kit, it’s perfect to slim those thighs and tummy. Don’t forget a sarong, it’s amazing how slimming they are and can give you that extra confidence when you want to go for a walk along the beach.
  • Pumice your feet and paint your nails in the brightest colour going.  The new gel nails will mean that you don’t have to worry about chipping, check out your local salon for this.
  • Exfoliate to within an inch of your life and Spray tan, so you can walk on the beach feeling like a local. If you can face it rub an ice cube over the skin before tanning to minimise pore size to prevent build up.
  • Have your lashes professionally tinted so you don’t need to worry about make up around the pool.
  • Book for a body wrap or you can buy a home use kit, it’s perfect to slim those thighs and tummy. Don’t forget a sarong, it’s amazing how slimming they are and can give you that extra confidence when you want to go for a walk along the beach.
  • Protect: Sun cream – Sun cream – Sun cream don’t forget it, you won’t look like a beach goddess if you’ve turned a shade of crimson.  Invest a in a sun hat to protect your crowning glory.
